Some days we would not be given new wash rags (when ours were dirty, on the ground to be replaced). The bed was amazingly comfortable and the pillows, as stated by my husband 'felt like home'. One of the main reasons I booked the Silver was to guarantee a king sized bed. I saw a basic room and it was exactly like ours with the exception of the jacuzzi and there was only one sink. I guess if you're with just a friend you might want to just get the basic room (it doesn't have a jacuzzi in the middle of the two rooms). I would hope any couple, whether married or not, wouldn't let this be a huge problem for them. Yes, the bathroom is 'open' because of the jacuzzi in the middle and the shower and toilet area have glass doors, making it not 100% private. Towel swans and rose petals, with a honeymoon banner on the door outside. Our room upon arrival was just perfect, a Silver Suite (the next up from the bottom). It was two minutes to the pool, 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to the main plaza and main dinner restaurants. Okay, let's go!
